I had been a customer with this bank prior to its organizational transition, and at that time, their service was competent and reliable. However, following the shift in leadership and operational structure, the institution experienced a noticeable and consistent decline in efficiency & accountability.
Shortly before their broader systemic issues became widely apparent, I encountered multiple unauthorized transactions on my account. Under normal circumstances, resolving such matters is straightforward: file a report, speak with a representative, & the issue is handled with a baseline level of professionalism. That expectation was not met here.
Instead, I was assisted by an individual whose disposition was unnecessarily adversarial and whose grasp of basic financial fraud protocols were fundamentally nonexistent . She asserted that because the transactions were recurring, reimbursement could not be issued, an explanation that not only defies standard banking practices but also creates a perverse incentive structure.
I pointed this out directly: by her logic, “a fraudster would only need to ensure transactions occur repeatedly to avoid detection and liability.” She responded with a blank stare, which, frankly, reinforced my assessment of the situation.
At that point, I made it clear that her inability to process a simple, logical contradiction likely contributed to the pattern of negative feedback associated with her. Yes, I told her plainly that her reasoning was deficient, and no, I don’t regret it. When incompetence directly impacts someone’s finances, it forfeits the expectation of polite indulgence.
Her demeanor was consistently sour. If anything, she served as a case study in how institutional deterioration often manifests at the individual level. This chapter had occurred shortly after their institutional transitioning. A lot of bad reviews revolved that one particular lady at the time. This had occurred somewhere mid 2022.

ATM machine rarely works. Bank is closed on weekends so cannot do inside deposit. It’s very aggravating.

Opened a business account and the “experienced financial advisor” overlooked important incorrect documentation. Horrible communication from the start. After a couple of weeks of poor communication with same advisor I agreed to close the account only to just now, find out almost 2 months later the account was never closed. Don’t not recommend!

Opened a business account at this location and then billed the customer using the online invoice banking. Funds are “frozen” by a third party vendor (BILL.COM). Funds are not available for work needing completed. This is impacting business and customer relations. The account has only been open a week and already have a case manager on this issue. Apparently it has been escalated but nobody can say why or when the funds will be released. Called vendor and they are overseas and hang up on you. A week later and we have no answers and no money to complete work needed. Online account login does not work either. Account will be closed and this institution will never be used again.
