After a couple of weeks of poor communication with same advisor I agreed to close the account only to just now, find out almost 2 months later the account was never closed. Don’t not recommend!
- THT HOct 23, 20251.0This is the most disrespectful bank and maybe service in general I have ever experienced. No one wears a name tag so they can act rude and insult you to your face. I have never seen such hostility for desposting a check because the atm is full. other teller was being rude to a neighboring customer in other line also. I am seriously considering changing my bank do to the experience I had today. Irrgardless these people should and need to be corrected for how they act. completely unacceptable.
- AAAprilAug 14, 20252.0Opened a business account at this location and then billed the customer using the online invoice banking. Funds are “frozen” by a third party vendor (BILL.COM). Funds are not available for work needing completed. This is impacting business and customer relations. The account has only been open a week and already have a case manager on this issue. Apparently it has been escalated but nobody can say why or when the funds will be released. Called vendor and they are overseas and hang up on you. A week later and we have no answers and no money to complete work needed. Online account login does not work either. Account will be closed and this institution will never be used again.
