- TATimothy Allen4 days ago1.0I never leave reviews but this one has to be done, my wife has an account with them and got hacked by some Verizon link she got sent they took over $400 from her account before CTUX sent a fraud alert and she stopped the card. And apparently this CREDIT UNION has no procedures in place like Austin Bank, which I use to refund customers and get their money back when they are hacked like this. It happened on my account at Austin Bank and Austin Bank went in and refunded all of the the charges within 48 hours so I have told her to switch banks.
