  WORST bank ever!!!!!!!!!! No sympathy for their customers with fraud transactions. They literally come across with an “I don’t care” attitude. I’m out almost $500 due to fraud and they apparently don’t understand the meaning of being scammed.

  I want to give a BIG thank you to Alexis at the Gilmer branch! I want her to know how much I appreciated what she did today and how I’m sorry if I rushed off the phone and didn’t say much or express my appreciation to her as much as I should have, but it’s because I was really an emotional wreck this morning and I was about to bust out in tears and let all my emotions out on her and that would’ve been embarrassing 🤣🤣! lol but she is the sweetest and I am so thankful for her!
