  This place and their staff is a joke. You go in there are 4 people working Yet they tell you no one can help. So why do you guys work here if you can’t help the customers looks like PNC hires unqualified team members. Things like this don’t happen at banks like chase or BOA I already have an account w them and it was a breeze……when expanding your banking portfolio goes wrong !!!! Actually the second branch I’ve walked in giving me the same info it’s feeling more like RACIALLY PROFILED due to how inviting they were to the other customers when came in didn’t wait in line and w greeted by name but I walked in and was asked what are you doing here like I don’t belong. Extremely disappointed this is one of the reasons I am doing the review all together and apparently I’m not the only person disgusted by this location

  This is completely unacceptable. The service at this location is horrible. I went here for help, but one of the staffs there didn’t have any respect to me. I tried to talk nicely to her, but the way she talked to me just show how unprofessional and rude she is. She is not deserved even a star for rating. After torturing me by her words and her disdain, she said sorry, but it’s too late.

  Absolutely horrible location. Manager is never there. Assistant Manager is a joke. Been a BBVA customer for 20 yrs and branch wouldn’t deposit a $20K money order - despite them confirming it was legitimate. Rude employees who are on a power trip to be difficult. And don’t switch to Spanish and talk about me. I understand every word you said. Avoid this location.
