  I'm leaving this review on behalf of my experience as a home healthcare provider. I have been working for my client for about a month and PNC has refused to cash the checks my client has written to pay for her home health care. After being paid twice, the bank required our client's attorney (Peter Sapio) to send over information verifying the legitimacy of the checks, which he did. Despite providing everything PNC requested, this branch has still refused to release my client's funds, thus resulting in myself and the other home health aides not being paid for three works worth of work. Our client is an elderly, bedridden woman who has requested in-home care, but since the bank is refusing to release her funds, she had to be forcibly removed from her home and placed into a facility. I am disgusted that the bank manager refused to come to her home after she called for assistance with this matter several times. It seems PNC does not care about the well-being of their elderly customers. I would strongly recommend avoiding this branch or moving your money to another institution.

  Long lines and tellers have no sense of urgency. Not enough staff during peak times. Overall a really boring place to be.

  great service! i went to open a new account and the banker was very helpful, friendly, patient. branch manager also dropped by to say hi.
