  I recently visited the PNC Bank branch at the Coit Road and Eldorado intersection in Frisco after my Zelle account transfer was locked and customer care advised me to resolve the issue in person. I had the pleasure of working with Ravali Pillarisetti, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received. She was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping me. Not only did she take ownership of my Zelle issue, but she also went the extra mile by contacting PNC customer care directly to resolve a separate wire transfer issue on my account. What stood out the most was her dedication—she didn’t just fix the problems during my visit, but also followed up afterward to ensure that my Zelle service was fully restored. Thanks to her efforts, both my Zelle and wire transfer issues were completely resolved. I would also like to appreciate Armando, who was very helpful when I initially opened my bank account at this branch. Excellent customer service like this is rare these days. I truly appreciate the professionalism and care shown, and I highly recommend this branch—especially Pillarisetti Ravali—for anyone needing reliable banking support.

  I spoke to Armando over the phone to get a loan to get a car for my son. I answered a few questions, got approved instantly, and had my check by lunch time. Very quick process and Armando was very professional. I would definitely recommend doing business here, and if you do, ask for Armando.
