There is no customer support available over the weekend, which is incredibly frustrating if issues come up outside of weekday hours. Recently, I couldn’t log in to the app or website due to an update, and there was no help available. Their rates aren’t competitive either, so there’s no real reason to keep banking here. Unfortunately, the lack of modern support and services has made me decide to move my accounts elsewhere.
- MEMike ekissJun 8, 20221.0Lousy bank. Stodgy and musty. Absolute waste of time opening an account there. Bought their checks . Tried to get $ at teller yesterday in Kerrville on my SA bank check. Called Fred and they said no dice. Their ATM limits are $200. Needed way more. Oh the money was there in account. Closing out with this dinosaur today.
