I made the effort to get here before close, had to bring in my two small children, and they spent 2/4 remaining minutes open deciding on whether or not someone could help me with a card replacement. If you close a mystical time before 5- post that time online and on the door.

I had tried to get assistance at a different branch and waited 30 minutes and asked to reschedule.at the branch close to Haslet, Tx. I walked out and called the PNC on Tarrant Pkwy and Erik took care of my request, quickly and efficiently! Kudos to Erik for his prompt assistnac!
