They have been "meaning to send it back" via a cashier's check but it's been over 2 weeks. Nobody that works there is competent enough to know what's going on. Everytime we ask they give us the run around and tell us our case is being "escalated". Great, cool, they know how to use lots of fluff words but where the hell is our money PNC bank!!??

I've been waiting 3 months to get a estate check for my dead fathers account and they do not provide call backs. I've had to call 5-6 times to get updates (which usually consist of them forgetting about me). NEVER USE PNC. I'd never trust my money with them
