  Upon entering I was a tad upset because I needed to get a new card since an unknown merchant had access to my card info taking money each week. When I walked in I was greeted by Debbie! She was awesome and allowed me to rest assured that she could help me accomplish what I came for. Not only did she help me get things done and taken care of, but she also was very kind and gentle in assisting my needs! Would recommend this PNC to others! They can also have you walk in and issue new cards with no wait!

  My husband and I came in Saturday 2/8 with 4 kiddos and they were AMAZING!! Hands down one of the BEST banks we’ve ever been too!! Kaiya(sorry girl if I spelled that wrong) at the front was an angel, she was the sweetest and her energy was literally infectious! Josh helped us with what we needed and was GREAT TOO!! Everyone including kids left with smiles!! Thank yall for being so great and unfazed that we had 4 kids with us!!! Yall are the real MVPS!!!💗💗💗💗 I think we’ll make the way to see yall from Weatherford every single time. Totally worth the drive!!!

  BBVA was great for me. Then came the.take over. I now have to log in differently for my business and personal accounts. This was suppose to be fixed within a couple of weeks. It has been 3 months and no results. For tax purposes i need account information for the year. That was in September promised to me to be resolved. It is December now and still no.results. I will be shopping for another bank once I am back in the U.S.

  I needed to cash 2 postal money orders to do a wire tranfer at Chase Bank so I went to my branch at compass on McCart Ave. The teller told me to deposit the money orders and then withdraw it . I did that and the bank immediately put a block on my debit card and froze my account. I have spent about two hours on the phone since that time a month ago and was told that I could use my card and their were no holds on my account. I deposited my paycheck and now I still cannot use my card and cannot pay any of my bills. I think its crazy that i cannot call the bank to resolve this problem when I did nothing wrong.
