This location I’ve always dealt with extremely friendly tellers and I’m usually greeted at the door , made to feel welcomed . Today I experienced a different employee that was by herself unfortunately. I saw she was a bit overwhelmed. I made sure to be a little more expressive in my smile and even made a cute comment of how she’s running it by herself. Well she was not in the mood for me. I get it . We’re human. But the tone she had and the blank expression that remained on her face during our interaction rubbed me the wrong way. I could tell I was annoying her. She would also talk over me and cut me off. It just wasn’t a pleasant visit with her . She made me feel as if I was in the wrong being there. Again , she was alone and overwhelmed and I’m trying to be understanding of that.
