- DADavid AlvarezJan 14, 20261.0I've been a customer of this bank for decades. Since the Compass days. Generally I go into this branch to make a deposit, but this time I had to cash a check. Problem was I let my wife use my ATM card and didn't have it on me. Had a valid DL but no other form of ID. Teller says she couldn't cash my check because they needed 2 forms of ID... for a customer who's been with this bank since I can't remember. I had my account #, I also showed her my banking app info, she could have easily verified my account. She apologized, but refused to help me, so I left. 10 minutes out of my way, I decided to try another PNC location and guess what... they cashed my check! They had no problem verifying my account with my phone number and license. No other form of ID needed. Problem solved. I'll just start going to that branch where they actually take care of their customers.

I usually use the ATM for the convenience of cash deposits but just last week I ran inside and instantly was greeted by a team of friendly smiles. I was running late to get back to work but this efficient and proficient team was able to make my deposit and reissue a debit card in record speed. I was amazed at their enthusiasm when helping me. I would love to mention that Tatiana, Mary Ann, and two others but I can’t remember. If you read this please know when i find your names I will edit this post. Happy Holidays and you all are AWESOME!
