Nicole the manager is a liar! And the bank reps are inexperienced! I had 3 accts - started as bbva then PNC bought them out and Nicole been the branch manager. She sold me a mms acct and told me no fees would be assessed with 2500.00 daily; I never dropped below - was well over that number and started noticing fees so I address her and she tells me I need digital statements- I’d always had digital statements who how come this acct wasn’t enrolled from the acct opening ? So I enrolled myself. Next month I get another fee so I ask why she say she don’t know, so I ask for all the fees to be waived back to the first one since I was misinformed and since they steady charging even after I met the requirement. Out of 12 months they waived 3! So that day I closed 1 acct and was told to return after items posted on the other 2 accts to close them as well. So I did as told, returned days later in branch and closed the remaining accts and was given letters stating such. Today I got a letter saying an acct at PNC is overdrawn due to fees ! How! They were closed in late February! So I was greeted today and told to wait since Nicole was on a call. 15 min later I’m still awaiting the manager Nicole. So I notice she wasn’t on the phone so I walk in and ask did she know I was waiting she replied no! So here I am waiting for nothing apparently. I proceed to give her (Nicole) my id and state that I’m frustrated that I’m even having to come in to close an acct that I already closed- she tries to tell me I didn’t close the acct yet I have a letter stating I did! So after 10min has passed she waived the fee and gives me another paper saying it’s closed. How can I trust this? I already have a letter saying this same acct was previously closed so why should I trust this new piece of paper. She continues to tell me I never closed the acct so I point of Lena and Lomack the two bankers who set to the right upon walking in as the bankers who supposedly closed them - I tell her I believe this was a great inconvenience and that Th e bankers should be advised on checking their work to ensure things go properly with customer requests. She sits back in her seat as though she is exhausted with my concern like what I’m saying irritating her. I explain ti her her body language is non chalant as if she cares less about my time and feedback- why this lady shrug her shoulders and say " id what you want me to do, i waived the fee" ….TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY PROFESSIONALLY WOULD BE A GREAT STARTING PLACE! TRAIN YOUR STAFF TO CHECK THEIR WORK AND EVEN IF YOU DONT CARE, PRETEND LIKE YOU DO FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR COMPANY! I will tell anyone who will
listen! PNC is the worse bank ive ever done business with. I WORK IN BANKING - the way i was treated was poor! this experienxe solidifies my reasoning for moving my businesses. I HOPE I NEVER HAVE TO SET FOOT ON PNC PREMISES EVER AGAIN!

I've been banking with Compass for over 20+ years after PNC took over I finally found customer service even worst than my ex phone company, especially over the phone, as one of the worst. We usually have wait time of 3-4 hours on hold and sometimes voice mail will answer after an hour and say mailbox is full then hang up. You would think they want to keep their new inherited customers, feels like we are nothing more than their bottom line. Sorry, but had to take my business elsewhere. Btw, if you want to bank Saturday they are closed Saturday to Sunday at least at this location.

For years I have had the best of service at this bank. They have always patiently helped me with my questions & options, great or small. Plus, I’ve found them to be above the norm in safety protocols. And their friendliness, from manager to teller, has always been much appreciated, Thank You!
