  Poor service is standard at this location. Although it's the closest to our business, we avoid this branch anytime we need to visit a branch. They are just plain unwelcoming, unfriendly, and honestly give off a vibe they'd rather not be helping their customers. Staff, even management doesn't follow through with minimum expectations when they are handling their customers accounts and money. When it was bbva, these concerns didn't exist, they provided actual customer service, and less bs fees... As other have said, I'll be going back to chase for our business checking

  The 5 Stars are for Branch Manager Tameka Edmond. And someone else who helped us a lot in financial affairs after my Dad died at 96 years old, Christopher Morrison, Financial Advisor. My Dad was really old, but my sister and I are kinda old ourselves. We needed the extra help Tameka and Christopher gave us. Christopher helped us navigate through all my Dad's financial institutions, and Tameka helped us through the one that had to go through probate. Tameka made sure we filled out all the paperwork correctly, and she sent it to the IRA dept. at PNC. A problem came about once the papers left Tameka's capable hands. An IRA Associate in Pittsburg, who gave his name as "Joey", sat on the paperwork and did nothing for weeks. I called him later, and was told by him that it had been mailed, and to expect it any day. Weeks later, I called again, and "Joey" (he would not give me his last name) said that the paperwork was not filled out correctly, and needed to be signed all over again. So I called Branch Manager Tameka Edmond (Fort Worth, TX) again, who confirmed that the paperwork had been filled out correctly. She talked to "Joey's" boss in Pittsburgh, and, long story short, I am now holding the IRA check. A true Fiduciary like Tameka Edmond can overcome the lackadaisical work ethic of a Joey. If PNC can't get rid of people like Joey, they need to pay him to stay home and do nothing. He is doing far more harm to an otherwise reputable company by coming to work, than if he didn't exist.
