- VMVictoria M.5 days ago1.0This is the WORST BRANCH OF PNC! This bank is NEVER BUSY, but yet there is ALWAYS A LONG WAIT TIME! November 19, 2025 at 2:20 pm... I came to the drive thru. There were 2 cars PARKED in the Commercial lanes! PARKED... NO LIGHTS ON NOTHING... WAITING! This is ridiculous. These two cars were parked waiting. Open up you alls PREFERENCES WHEN HIRING PEOPLE AND MAYBE You guys can get some people that ACTUALLY WANT TO WORK! Management here is obviously NO GOOD! Every single time I come to this Bank to make a COMMERCIAL DEPOSIT, the wait time is horrible! DO BETTER! I will never come back to THIS location.
