    What a horrible experience I had at this bank! I am reconsidering whole PNC account/services! I was told by banker Logan that if I open a new account - I won’t be paying wire fees but I have to do 3 new accounts. Sounded like only option I had so I opened it. As per banker even I get charged he will proceed to refund this charge. 10 days later I found out I have charge active in my account - called in bank was told manager is busy will call back. 24 hours later no response by Branch Manager - so I decided to invest more time to visit the bank unfortunately manager wasn’t available either!! Wonderful customer service & PNC meeting next level!

    Branch bank folks are fine. BBVA Credit is somewhat inflexible and inconsistent in the application of their business rules. Not an organization I choose to do business with again.

    Once you open an account you will find that the customer service is very friendly and help full. Bbva seems to only hire people with a positive attitude and I have never not felt welcome. As they always say, people buy from people they like and well, I'm buying from Bbva metaphorically speaking.
