- CWCharles WhiteSep 14, 20231.0Terrible bank in general but this branch is truly terrible. Not sure where to start, they were rude on several different occasions. They allowed their janitor to drop a florescent light bulb on me while in a private meeting in one of the office's. The final straw came when I tried to withdraw 5k cash from an account I have 30k in and they said "sorry it will take 5-10 days to get the cash. We are trying to move away from cash." When a bank says that it's time to get your money and run. I moved my personal accounts to Wells Fargo. I also own a business which I was going to move the accounts to PNC but this branch single handedly lost that account to Wells Fargo. Just a note Wells Fargo has treated me with the upmost respect and the staff know me by name extremely professional and friendly.
