  Claudia at Sunloan was amazing to work with! She was super helpful, easy to talk to, and really took the time to explain everything so I felt comfortable the whole time. She made the process quick and stress-free, which I really appreciated. You can tell she truly cares about her customers. I’d definitely recommend asking for Claudia if you go to Sunloan!

  I talked to the Manger Mercedes, she is very rude. My payment was due and I asked for an extension which she refused to accept. Then she began calling me at work . She was told to stop calling me at work but she instead kept calling me. I just called to make my payment over the phone but she ,in a disrespectful way, told me that I needed to make sure I had enough money in my bank so the payment did not get returned . I told her that that was very rude and unprofessional. I asked her not to call me at work and she said if she needed to do it she would do it. I told her I will report this to the Texas Loan Commissioners and she said for me to do whatever I wanted. I will do report this violation to the Texas Loan Collection Law.
