After calling several times without getting a clear answer, I decided to visit the branch in person. Ericka Martinez was extremely kind and helpful, and even though they don’t handle home loans at that location, she took the time to communicate with the right people and help resolve my situation. - JGJ GJul 3, 20251.0Beware go to ATM machine and take out some money then you need to take out more you get an error but you don't get your money. Have to wait until it's posted then dispute it. It's in the atm . It's ridiculous. I really thought PNC was gonna be different. Thought it was going to be better. Boy was I wrong . PNC bank is the worse.

And I'm glad that still There is organization which they go extra miles for their customers, I don't know all the staff's names but they're all nice especially Miss Jessica Aguilar and Miss Paula Rojo. Which genuinely helpful and they take care of the customer like their Owens. To me they are beacons of hope
