- RRRyanAug 5, 20251.0Terrible customer service and attitude from employees! Every time I go it's one teller and a long line and if you mention it to the staff they could care less! They just go to their offices and sit and talk. This has to be the worst bank I have ever dealt with! Consistently the same thing anytime I go. Looking for another bank to deal with, all the customers in line are standing there complaining about the same thing every time I go. Just find any bank except this one, search as hard as you want and you will not find a worse bank in El Paso!

Personnel is poorly trained, so when I assisted a foreign friend who came to El Paso to open an account we were given incorrect information. What we were assured he could do, six months later remains impossible and nobody is able to resolve an issue that should have been taken care when the account was opened. We have spoken with different persons (each one referred me to others, often incorrectly), visited the branch, wrote a letter to headquarters.. All to no avail. I would not recommend this bank to anyone.
- RARay ArandaJan 22, 20211.0Front end employee Michael at 12:30 PM was very rude was trying to explain that I drive a big commercial truck I need it to pay off my loan told me to go through the ATM even though the website states that it to be in person at the bank There was only one other customer in their window state that it can be up to three people the person in front of him look like it was just a friend that he was carrying a conversation with or maybe a other employee: I have paid off two of my two of three loans and Was hoping to ask about a refinance on the house but had a bad experience today taking my business elsewhere
