The representative promised comprehensive guidance, including help with refinancing my car to secure a lower interest rate, but after the initial setup, they’ve been completely unresponsive, like a ghost. I’ve sent multiple text messages on different days and even followed up via email, that’s when I got the only call. As someone who works 8-6, I rely on text and email for communication and can’t take calls during the day, which I made clear from the start. All they’ve done so far is send one dispute letter to the credit bureaus, and that’s it. No follow-up, no advice, no progress updates. For the amount I’m paying, I expected real support and expertise, but it’s felt like a total waste of money. I can’t trust them to deliver on bigger promises like the car refinance when they won’t even respond to basic questions. I strongly advise others to look elsewhere for credit repair help. This service has been unreliable so far.

I paid all my payments on time and I expected some counseling on how to repair my credit. I had Liz Tijerina and met with her once in person and had a meeting with her once on the phone and all she told me is she will dispute my collection accounts 4 times. It was a quick 5 min meeting discussing disputes for my collection accounts which are done thru Credit Karma in which anyone can dispute in the app. She told me my service would run until December. I paid off my account and wasn’t satisfied with results. I expected someone to educate me on how to achieve good credit. When Liz left it’s time she handed me over to Carlos in September. I spoke with him once he explained we would have a meeting in November but I received this letter instead. I found another credit repair service who charged me $400 and guaranteed results through a local realtor instead. I paid $300 a month for a total of about $1700 to It’s Time credit repair 😫. I should have used that money to pay other things very disappointed 😢.
