This gentleman from PNC Edinburg answered my call super relieved and he answered my question. It frustrated me that I called PNC San Juan Bank which i usually go there awesome, McAllen had a great experience the minute i walked in just great, Mission even La Plaza Drive up never been there before but I'm sure you all are great. Just today NO ONE ANSWERED THEIR PHONE!! NO ONE!! I had to check maybe the bank was not open yet it was 9:40 am. so of course they were. Ok my question is doesn't PNC banks have a person who is in charge of calls and transfers to the right department or person? 🤔 PNC are good banks don't get me wrong it was just my experience today.
