  Ayer fui a esta sucursal y está completamente cerrada, ya nada más opera la de Main y Bibb , La de Walmart también está abierta.

  This is a joke for a bank. I liked BBVA and thought I'd stick around to see how this bank would replace it, but it didn't. Both ATM locations either can't withdraw or deposit. What the point is having an ATM if it's useless most of the time. Time to switch banks. Very frustrating!

  The drive thru has all lanes open and only one light above says open with all the others in the dark. There is a gentleman tending and a lady that just stands around doing nothing. I only come to deposit once a month and at least the last two times that lady is just wondering and the gentleman is the one handling it all. It would be nice if the closed lights would work and if there could at least have one other person besides the gentleman assisting customers. He still tended to me after letting me know if it doesn't say open then its closed. Assuming is not what should be clearly stating closed would be more appropriate. Other banks place cones and this one has no light or a cone.

  Pésimo servicio en la sucursal, Soy cliente BBVA y hoy al ir había mucha gente esperando ser atendida y sólo había 1 persona sirviendo y las que estan él caja atendiendo en línea estaban si hacer nada, no me gustó el servicio del personal .deberian de ponerse a ayudar al que esta sólo con los clentes ya que muchos no tenemos tiempo y para estarlo perdiendo ahí y ellos tambn se me hace poco profesional
