Both ATM locations either can't withdraw or deposit. What the point is having an ATM if it's useless most of the time. Time to switch banks. Very frustrating!

There is a gentleman tending and a lady that just stands around doing nothing. I only come to deposit once a month and at least the last two times that lady is just wondering and the gentleman is the one handling it all. It would be nice if the closed lights would work and if there could at least have one other person besides the gentleman assisting customers. He still tended to me after letting me know if it doesn't say open then its closed. Assuming is not what should be clearly stating closed would be more appropriate. Other banks place cones and this one has no light or a cone.
