- RVRon VaughnDec 27, 20251.0Scheduled an appointment. But the appointment was during holidays when the banks was closed. But still let me schedule it. So then I rescheduled appointment for 10am when the bank opens. Show up at 10am. There are a lot of people standing around, and they let a random person with no appointment go ahead of us, so we had to wait. "Oh I'm so sorry, it will just be 5 minutes." It was much longer than 5 minutes. We went for a specific purpose which we put in the appointment notes when we rescheduled. Signed some paperwork and then wanted to complete the transaction. "Oh, sorry, that department is closed today." I put in the notes why we scheduled the appointment. They knew why I was there. But they don't read the notes. They don't even honor the appointment. So now have to go back again next week. The good news is I'm going back and will just cash out my account and close it. It is like this branch is run by kids in high school kids pretending to run a bank branch.

THERE IS NOT 1 CREDIT UNION IN THE SOUTHERN SECTOR ON WHEATLAND THAT YOU CAN GO INTO AND GET NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT LEAVING PEOPLE WAITING FOR HOURS, AND NO ONE IS AT THE FRONT DESK AND IF YOU ASK FOR MANAGEMENT SHE'S HIDING AND TRYING NOT TO HAVE TO FACE THE CUSTOMERS. NO ONE SAYS THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE AND ONE GUY CAME BACK FROM LUNCH AND SLAMMED THE DOOR LOUDLY!! THIS PLACE IS RIDICULOUS FOR A CREDIT UNION AND ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY ARE THE LAST CREDIT UNION THAT STILL CHARGES FEES FOR THEIR ACCOUNTS!! I ASKED FOR THE MANAGER AND SHE NEVER CAME BACK OUT TO TALK TO ME!! THERE IS NOW 7 PEOPLE AND I'VE BEEN HERE FOR OVER 1 HOUR WITH NO SITE OF THEM MOVING PEOPLE!!!! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE
