No in-person tellers and the ATM banker can’t take coins, so I spent 15 minutes finding out they couldn’t do anything to help me pay off the $0.13 in my line of credit. It took me nearly six months just to be able to close my account, due to their poor hours and inability to address things in person. PNC is the worst.

I've spent the past 4 days trying to close my account and still no luck yet. They also lied to me and told me that cash deposited the same day is not available until the next day

Let’s start with PNC sharing all of my private information, social security number, DOB, address, phone numbers, account numbers and my user name to online banking services. This information was handed off to a complete stranger another individual banking at this PNC. The individual called me and met up with me to return my private information. I am not sure if my information was shared with more than one person or if it was just this one person. The individual was picking up documents for themselves and my documents were included. The amount of stress this has caused is overwhelming. Not to mention PNC completely denying this occurred. Image having a complete stranger calling you and having all of your personal information. On top of this all I am still unable to see all of my accounts so I have no clue if my accounts are compromised.
- KBKat BosJun 7, 20211.0PNC is one of the worst mortgage banks. We called for a pay off on our house last year so we could sell it. None ever came. We now have an active buyer for our house. We’ve called twice in the last 3 weeks and we still have not received the pay off amount.
