The branch manager Faizan was friendly, attentive and eager to help me, he listened to my issue and took care of it in timely manner and also followed up to see if the issue was resolved.

- CSChrissy SmithNov 23, 20211.0Pnc recently bought out BBVA. This has been a horrible transition. There were people crying in the bank in October not being able to access their money. PNC took on a whole Banks worth of new customers and did not hire any additional customer service agents for their phone lines. I still have not received my credit card (formerly BBVA card) and it's been almost 2 months! Their computer system in house is not real time nor is there app!! It's absolutely ridiculous that PNC will never give you your actual current balance. I can't see or access all.of my accounts from their horrible app. It's also ridiculous that the bankers are calling the same customer service line as customers and no one is answering. I will not continue banking with the poop show PNC.
