It took them a month to get through the business credit card process where I had followed up at the location and on the phone at least 7 times to set them straight when they screwed up the application. Last Friday, I went to American Express and was approved literally in 30 minutes. Don't waste your time with PNC as a whole. The PNC on University is just as bad.
