Poor attitude at the Tellar line and poor communication and unclear policys. They truly do not care about there customers and only care about the amount of people they can sign up and never follow up with the support. They want to hold your money for even given reason and constantly hold my Company financial back and almost impossible to get a banker involved asap on issues that may delay my company.

While they are committed to helping members, it seems that they have turned into a actual real bank such as chase or WF. The vantage score system they use is old. I have had many personal loans and car loans with them but it seems every year it becomes more difficult to get approved or they elevate your interest rates due to their poor scoring system. I had to decline the offer in December and finance through Toyota which beat their APR by 2%. I do love Shell but i think its time to start shopping around for a better credit union such as Navy Federal or whomever as Shell seems to have lost its value and loyalty to their customers the more they expand.
