  Que mala onda , que pongan que la máquina ATM esta abierto 24 hrs, fui a hacer un depósito y nada , nunca se abrió la puerta, dicen una cosa y la realidad es otra, ahora tengo que pedir un permiso en mi trabajo para regresar más tarde .Estaba mejor en el otro lugar antes de cambiarse.😠

  PNC bank has absolutely no customer service. The only convenience I see is for staff to have the luxury to stand around. This location has 3 guys just standing around talking and their virtual bank teller atm is down. I attempted twice before asking if they could assist since the machine is down. I spoke with JP and apparently he knew of it but is just now today deciding to put in a ticket to have it fixed. That should’ve been done when you originally learned of the problem. No employee in the location can assist with depositing a check into an account. Not a withdrawal, not anything requiring cash but a simple deposit of a check into a business account. This is beyond inconsiderate of your customers and our time.

  All I wanted was a pin to activate my business debit card and I was advised to schedule an appointment. For a pin? Really. I was turned around. As a new customer I'm not happy

  Contrary to some of the reviews, I find this bank location and employees to be pleasant, informative and helpful. Yes, this is a modern bank so if you want cash or want to make a deposit you will be using a ATM which is actually faster and more convenient. Yes, sometimes parking can be a challenge however now that Starbucks is gone (thank goodness) parking is a breeze. I love that after hours the ATM is secured within the entry of the bank accessed by using your bank card to open the sliding door making it a safe and secure area while you process your transaction.

  I have a business account with PNC and have been doing business with them for years. I own a trucking & Transportion Company. I went to this branch on 2/5/2021 around 12:30pm (CST). The purpose of my visit was to wire money to my insurance to add another semi truck to my policy. The bank teller tells me the same day wire fee is $90. I told him no thank you I’ll withdraw draw the $3,227.10 and let me other bank next door wire the money for $15. Then he tells me hold on a moment let make a call. He then tells me the fee is $35.00. I tell him that fine I need to get this payment to my insurance company by today. He lets another teller assist me who does not do business banking. We go to the bank of the bank and she starts the process but needs help. So the banker comes back to assist the other teller. He then proceeded to ask me “For my drivers license and my bank card after the 5th time of giving it to him!” Then he asked me when did I start my business, where did I open an account, what brings, me to text, what field do I work in, could I remove my mask 3 times, then had me to sign a d*amn sticky note with my signature! Then had the audacity to tell me my signature card didn’t match! I asked him did he want to see my articles of organization, my EIN paper, my social security card, birthday and my voters registration to verify it’s me! Then he says will no I don’t need any of those items. Then he flags and locks up my business bank where I could not with draw the money from the ATM because he lied and said my funds in my account was pending. I then proceed to call my insurance company to let them know exactly what was going on. I went outside to PNC VIRTUAL BANKING MACHINE! Gave the virtual teller my information, bank card and license and she let me withdraw the $3,200 to pay my insurance company! I went next door to my OTHER bank BB&T and WIRE THE BANK TO MY INSURANCE COMPANY WITH NO PROBLEMS! Please let your BLACK BANK TELLERS KNOW ALL AFRICAN AMERICANS are not scammers and can own a legitimate business! I will be closing my account and sharing my experience with my 40k followers on social media!
