- SSStephenMar 31, 20231.0All the employees at PNC Bank are very helpful to me except for Latasha I've never seen someone that doesn't respect me as a customer I am treated with no respect telling me I have to do it her way or the highway will excuse me I don't have to do that I can look for another bank and in the future I will be looking for another bank but until then I will do my business with PNC I have been banking with this bank until it turned into PNC from BBVA compass the customer should be treated with respect and I don't deserve to be treated like that all the tellers are very sweet and very helpful to me and I respect them but I will just have to go there until I find another bank that respects the customer and does not tell the customer you have to do it her way or that's it what I mean by that telling me that I cannot take the withdrawal slips home I have never had a bank in the state of Texas tell me I had to do it that way!! that's ridiculous I like PNC Bank most of the people that I knew at PNC Bank have left I can understand why!!! 🇺🇲 March 31 2023 and there is no reflection on any of the tellers in the bank they are all very sweet and take their time with me 👍 I have closed out my account with PNC Bank I just would like to say that Jesus Ramon was very helpful in helping me close my account and was very courteous and friendly i give PNC Branch banker Jesus Ramon a 30 star⭐ review 12-19-2023
