I've only kept an account because of automated payments out of it, but I will definitely find a way to close my account so that I no longer have to deal with PNC Bank.

Said “transaction could not be complete” and exited me out Completely useless The greeter was also enthusiastic when I disappointingly asked if it was a cashless branch. Why they pay for a retail space is beyond me

We were greeted warmly by Heidi in the reception area, then were quickly ushered to banker Jay Tadros' office (we had scheduled an appointment for this). The experience, while slightly time-consuming due to the nature of the account we were opening (we were told when scheduling the appointment how much time to expect) was nonetheless seamless. We were treated in a professional, friendly and respectful manner by all involved. Parking is not easy directly in front of the branch entrance (as it faces NW Highway), but there is a ton of surface parking for the surrounding businesses just a half-block away. Overall, a positive experience on all levels. Couldn't have asked for better.
