- CMCustomer Service MattersNov 25, 20251.0PNC bank has absolutely no customer service. The only convenience I see is for staff to have the luxury to stand around. This location has 3 guys just standing around talking and their virtual bank teller atm is down. I attempted twice before asking if they could assist since the machine is down. I spoke with JP and apparently he knew of it but is just now today deciding to put in a ticket to have it fixed. That should’ve been done when you originally learned of the problem. No employee in the location can assist with depositing a check into an account. Not a withdrawal, not anything requiring cash but a simple deposit of a check into a business account. This is beyond inconsiderate of your customers and our time.

I've only kept an account because of automated payments out of it, but I will definitely find a way to close my account so that I no longer have to deal with PNC Bank.
