I received a $18 dollar check from Transunion for a breach and you would have thought I was trying to cash a $18,000 dollar check. I'm only here because the check is through PNC BANK clearly! I would never , ever recommend banking with them!!!! Wasted my time to not cash the check like I'm trying to scam them out of $18 how annoying..Cassandra was very rude and I felt targeted like I was trying to cash a fraudulent check the people that sent me the check literally bank with them how absurd.. And then she stated you have to endorse the back of the check to cash it as if I haven't been a part of the workforce for over 30 plus years.

I don’t feel comfortable in doing that since i had issue in the past. They had enough time to finish up all 3 of my deposits. Showing signs of being lazy. Would definitely look into going to a different branch. Not a good experience at all !!!
