  PNC doesn't place a high priority on their customer service. I had an issue with a small zelle transaction that locked my account, I sat on hold for an hour before being disconnected. The local branch and the national customer service could not help. I emailed the office of the CEO, received a response that they could not help and my only option was to call the same customer support number and wait on hold. Most banks are like PNC and don't care about their customers, not many options out there.

  I truly want to thank Ethan for saving the day on Thursday, September 25, 2025. With my broken ankle and in this wheelchair at the time making the trip was uncomfortable enough, and then there was nobody there who could handle a business account or so it seemed. But Ethan stepped up as myself and Paul Heckmann were there for memories Inc. of Dallas to take care of the matter and Ethan got on the phone and did an incredible job flawlessly took care of the transaction to add me as treasurer without missing a beat. So even if somebody is out of the bank, there is someone there who can handle the task my hat is off to PNC Bank for having Ethan there to help us yesterday, I could not have made it to another PNC location and he saw to it that I didn’t have to and that is so very appreciated again Ethan thank you for your exceptional service, Paula Dodd Barnes

  Came in to tap at the ATM to get $20 cash. Neither ATM would take my tap so I came in, let them know I didn’t have my ID on hand and that I just needed a quick cash withdrawal. They basically turned me away until I offered to disclose identifying information to prove my identity. They wanted to know all of my info- name, birthday, address, social, phone number, most recent transaction today and also if I used my card yesterday. I also offered to recite my DL# which is memorized and I also offered a photo of my ID. They then proceeded to send a verification code to the number on file which I provided and was verified. They even implied that I should show them my DMV Appointment paperwork to PROVE that I was getting my license in November! I’m so insulted that I immediately called another bank and opened a checking account elsewhere and I’ll be discontinuing business with PNC all together because of this experience. Very poor treatment and insulting all because I stopped by in my pajamas to withdraw cash from the ATM. I’m disgusted.

  I just cannot say enough about the professionalism, knowledge, and great customer service from Dell. He is an icon of The Casa Linda Branch. He’s been helping me for at least 30 years!
