His attitude was unprofessional and unhelpful, and instead of assisting me with my concerns, he made the process more frustrating and insulted me. I expect a higher standard of customer service, especially from a bank that handles important financial matters. Unfortunately, this interaction left me with a very negative impression of both this branch and PNC Bank overall.

I came into get change, waited with no one else there for a ridiculous amount of time and she made it seem like I couldn't get it because I don't have an account with them. My organization does, but I do not. In addition, my personal bank was closed for the day. It shouldn't matter if I have an account to give me change for cash. I do know that I'll never open a personal account here given the treatment.
