The staff were super nice, they brought us water and gave us many options. The staff is bilingual and very friendly and professional. I definitely recommend this location.
- NKNATALIE KINGAug 8, 20241.0I just received the worst customer service I’ve ever received. I was hung up on twice. The first time she was speaking when it hung up so I assumed it was an accident. When I called back a new person answered. While I tried to explain the problem, he began yelling at me. I said ok I’ll try someone else. Then I was hung up on again. Inefficient and rude. I have money stuck in Zelle somewhere because 4 Customer service agents couldn’t help me log into my app.
- YYYolanda YoAug 3, 20201.0Worst bank I've ever experienced. The drive-thru is always full of cars. There is always an extended wait of anywhere between 30 minutes to an hour in the Drive-Thru. We do Commercial Banking and often the change order is incorrect. They have hours listed to 5 p.m. but with the covid-19 everything is done through drive thru and they will only take so many cars after 4:30. I don't recommend this Bank to anyone. They are often talking behind the window and are in no hurry to get the line down without making careless mistakes.
