My direct deposit apparently did not go into the “correct account”, however, so I never received the bonus. No communication of this was provided. This bank is very poorly run and managed. I would not recommend it.

HMMMMM, when are tellers allowed to have their phone at the counter when you are dealing with peoples personal data. He was texting and told me to hold on. I said, "Excuse me." She said ", oh I'm just texting my friend. Give me a minute." She said it like as if it was, by the way. I said, "Excused in the context like are you serious. Then, she got the late memo and waved her hand in an unprofessional manner to help me. I just left. Just a typical lazy employee who is on the phone while the company is paying her.
