- CHCarol HarndenSep 30, 20251.0I had IRA CD maturing at TDECU on Sept 17. I picked up the check (with trustee to trustee paperwork) as PNC representative assured me a 4.0 APY. When she was preparing her paperwork, she said she could only give us 3.7 APY. She acknowledged that she had quoted us 4.0 and referred it to the manager. He refused to give us quoted rate. We would have moved it elsewhere, but we had TDECU do the paperwork making it a transfer.
