  Deposite un cheque hace 5 días ya y no ah caído y tengo gatos y como el cheque que deposite no cayó los gatos se me acumularon,pésimo lugar

  Date: December 19, 2025 Time: 11:28 a.m. This is the third time I visit this PNC Bank branch, and unfortunately I continue to have a negative experience every time I am assisted by the same teller (a woman wearing glasses). Today, I came to cash a check for only $100, which should be a simple transaction. On previous visits, other tellers at this same branch have cashed higher checks for me without any issues. However, once again, this particular employee raised unnecessary objections. She requested additional identification. I provided a valid passport, which she refused to accept, insisting on another form of ID without offering a clear or reasonable explanation. Her attitude was unprofessional and unhelpful. I also asked to speak with a branch manager, but I was told that the manager was not available and that no one else could assist me, which I find unacceptable. Due to this repeated experience, I do not recommend this branch. A bank should provide consistent and respectful service regardless of which employee is assisting the customer. Esta es la tercera vez que vengo a esta sucursal de PNC Bank, y lamentablemente siempre tengo una mala experiencia cuando me atiende la misma cajera (una señora con lentes). Hoy vine a cobrar un cheque de solo $100, algo completamente normal. En otras ocasiones, otros cajeros de este mismo banco me han pagado cheques incluso por montos mayores sin ningún problema. Sin embargo, esta persona nuevamente puso objeciones innecesarias. Me pidió otra identificación adicional. Le presenté mi pasaporte válido, y aun así no lo quiso aceptar, exigiendo otra identificación más, sin dar una explicación clara ni coherente. La actitud fue poco profesional y poco amable. Además, solicité hablar con un gerente, y me dijeron que no estaba disponible y que no había nadie más que pudiera atenderme, lo cual considero inaceptable. Por este tipo de atención, no recomiendo esta sucursal. Un banco debería ofrecer un servicio consistente y respetuoso, independientemente de quién atienda al cliente.

  Your drive through is pathetic. It's is entirely to slow. No greeting to let the customer know that they even got your transaction information.Not sure if your aware but you are in a horrible area to have your customers waiting that long. Daaaang do better. Drive thru ( no ATM )
