- MBMicah BensonOct 24, 20251.0Extremely disappointing experience visiting this location for the first time today after being a PNC member for a few years. I walked in and was not greeted by any employee. I waited at the front for over 5 minutes without being acknowledged. It was obvious that the staffing was short due to no one being on the floor. However, there was an employee who had their door open whenever greeted me, gave me any guidance or simply just told me about a wait time which would have been completely fine. I eventually asked other customers who were waiting if they had been helped or greeted and that when one customer told me that the manager and another staff person was depositing a check. Other clients and customers having better customer service than the paid employees is unacceptable and very off putting. I encourage this location to really invest in customer service training to avoid misrepresenting the brand and reputation of PNC.
