CUTX has completely lost focus on what its mission and purpose is. Founded as DALLAS Teachers Credit Union many decades ago, they have closed almost all offices in Dallas County, moved their headquarters to Allen in Collin County, and an employee today refused to provide services to a member. Just a big corporate bank in sheep's clothing. I suggest going somewhere else to do your banking.

Here recently, the wait times by phone have been tremendously long. They have never been long before in all the years I have been with the credit union. I have waited over 30 minutes to speak to a representative and had to hang up because I got tired of waiting..
