- NLNina LeighSep 4, 20251.0Coming into this place is never a good feeling. They are always very under staffed, seem to have high turnover, and always seem to be learning. I’m more apt to help them then they are to help me. They are fee happy, bumped their lost card fee from $5 to $7, they also had set up a $10 monthly fee on my account that they said came from just clicking the pay button on the app which is to set up bill pay and there’s no way to cancel it. Very unethical. They did not refund what they charged me for that. Someone is making millions off that. I actually hate this place. And now that I am getting it off my chest I’m going to close my account here. Be blessed all!
