- SWSean WilsonFeb 23, 20261.0New member. Deposited money. Account is unverified. I attempted to verify through the “First time use, enroll now”, no luck. Called support, after waiting nearly an hour and a half, I was told that they need to verify residency. I’ve submitted my lease and bills and still waiting. It should not take more than 3 days to verify. This is foreshadowing to the type of support you’re likely to receive as a member. I will be closing the account and going somewhere else.

They never answer their phones and if they do the hold time is more than an hour long. You can make an appointment to speak with someone and they will not call you and honor the appointment time. Then if you dispute a transaction they WILL NOT side with you. They will find every reason to blame you as the customer. THIS IS LITERALLY THE WORST BANK I HAVE EVER BANKED WITH IN MY LIFE. It is sad you cannot get someone on the phone regarding your money.
