However, the virtual, AI-generated customer service algorithm that you receive when calling their business number is abysmal. No one would willingly use this service if the issue could be resolved using the online platform. I made multiple calls and gave up after waiting for 90 minutes. Even the option to "schedule" a phone call takes the caller back to the original menu. No answer and nothing is ever resolved. Please do better. Offer real customer service.

- ENemmerich nemethApr 8, 20264.0I’ve been to the new credit union depends on the day you go with Mondays when they first open till about 10 o’clock it’s not crowded but after that, it gets pretty busy and it’s hard to find a parking spot at this new location cause they’re sharing this building with other people in the building. I kinda like the older place better and all the parking you needed front and back they closed it up and moved to this new place in Southern Dallas on Miller Road.
