  New Customer Here ! Stopping By Since I Was In The Area And The Atmosphere Was Welcoming And Nice Upon Arrival . The Banker Who Deposited My Funds Was So Sweet . I Believe Her Name Was Margaret I Could Be Wrong Maybe Close In Name But They Were All Very Helpful ! I Recommend This Location ! Thanks Again Will Come Back Soon ❤️

  I’ve been customer with Compass since 2003. I stayed with them through all of the many changes. This final transition to PNC has been an absolute nightmare, their app is complicated and not easy to use like the one BBVA had, branches not open on Saturday, and the hold time to speak with corporate customer service is appallingly bad. Final straw for me was when I tried to take out a small personal loan and was denied. Almost 20 years as a customer and never once needed to take a loan until now only to be denied even with good credit. When a bank stops listening to and caring for their customers, the loyalty is gone. Will be closing my account soon.

  If I could give a negative zero I would! the transition from compass over to PNC has been a complete disaster and inconvenience for consumers and the staff was not at all willing or forthcoming to assist providing no resolution. The transition from Compass to BBVA was seamless however from BBVA to PNC has been nothing but headaches. Changing banks and will no longer use them after over 15 years!
