  Today, I walked in with my wife to make a withdrawal of OUR own money in a checking account and the bank refused to give us the money claiming they need to ask permission to provide us with our own money. If this makes sense to anyone please explain. The day before the bank was quick to take the deposit, today they need to ask permission to give me access to my available balance.

  PNC Bank Cypress Rosehill is bias and borderline racist bank. The manager treats african american in a bias manner they would any other race. The worst experience I have had dealing with a bank.

  Hours are horrible!!!! I don’t understand why this bank does not have hours to accommodate working individuals. Unfortunately, everyone does not get off work at 3pm! There are no Saturday hours of operation. This bank is a waste. Let me be clear, this is definitely not my personal bank but a bank I do business with through a company to make payments. I need to advise them of how difficult it is to make a payment and hopefully they will change banks!
