If this makes sense to anyone please explain. The day before the bank was quick to take the deposit, today they need to ask permission to give me access to my available balance.

There are no Saturday hours of operation. This bank is a waste. Let me be clear, this is definitely not my personal bank but a bank I do business with through a company to make payments. I need to advise them of how difficult it is to make a payment and hopefully they will change banks!
