The tellers were always pleasant and I never had any problems with them at all. I have had to go to other branches and they were fine but not as good as Patima and her group! Thank you for great service!

Even after confirming details with the recipient bank and their request for the bank manager to fix the issue, Pratima Jain refused. Holding my money for 20 years, yet no concern when I threatened to close my account? They didn't refund the wire cost, despite their failure. Pratima Jain, the branch manager, lacks customer care. Closing all accounts by month-end! ⚠️🏦 #PoorService #AccountClosure

When the vise president can't figure it out and you keep getting error messages..well it's time to find a new bank. This bank goes through employees.
