- WAWynter AllenOct 23, 20253.0Walked into bank only to be told just one moment. While I see 3 woman all doing something, a truck pulls up he gets greeted right away and serviced. Stood there for awhile patiently and then finally a lady turns around not the same lady who said I'll be right with you. She had to call a fraud but the phone was 20 ft away. She was trying to talk to me when there a large plastic shield in front of me and also 20 ft away did not understand but a few words. There training seems to be focused on drive thru trying to get the fastest time to save gas and pollution and the value of the customers time to serve them first. But to stand somewhere in front of a window only to be alerted and not paying attention who walks in a bank. Beware of whose around you and your surroundings especially in a bank. How can you not see someone standing in the lobby wearing a all pink dress. Communication within the team members on what's going on is crucial in the workforce. If the lady who saw me when I first stepped and made eye contact, if she alerted the lady who was just standing in front the windows and she just happens to turn around and ask if I need help. Do you ask your driver thru customers if they need help. Security is weak here.
