I called the help desk about a dispute and after 20 minutes the the customer service representative (whom I could barely understand) told me I would have to call back because she couldn’t log into the system. Online help desk was no better. Basically told me to review my purchases better. Terrible

She made my experience pleasant and fun while educating me on my credit after she ran a soft hit and educated me on what steps to take to make my credit score better. I cannot put into words how great my visit in Crowley was and how great fun I am for having Bianca help me! I have told all of my friends and everyone I come in contact with to go pay her a visit and she will lead you in the right the direction... she is a hidden gem in Crowley!!!!
