We went to six other banks prior (one was 1 hr before closing) and was told we’d need to set an appointment cause they were about to close. Came to PNC and Benjamin greeted us with a smile and helped us open her account with no issues whatsoever. Excellent customer service.

She made my experience pleasant and fun while educating me on my credit after she ran a soft hit and educated me on what steps to take to make my credit score better. I cannot put into words how great my visit in Crowley was and how great fun I am for having Bianca help me! I have told all of my friends and everyone I come in contact with to go pay her a visit and she will lead you in the right the direction... she is a hidden gem in Crowley!!!!
