I understand we have to wear masks but sorry i couldn’t understand the gentleman working today 12/28 & he very unprofessional & rude. He needs training on how to treat customers (people period!) I wonder how much longer before the bank downtown opens they are so much better & have patience! I’m so over the Ayers location plus it always takes me 20-30 mins in drive thru.
